Church Rebate Program

H & C Religious Supplies will donate to churches a store credit equal to 5% of purchases* made on the church’s account.  While we freely give this donation, there are some restrictions.

·Church must have an in-store account.

·Donations are only given to church accounts.

·Church must be identified when purchase is made to receive credit.

·Accounts with a past due balance will not receive a donation for any months the account is
past due.

·H & C Religious Supplies will issue a donation voucher based on the church’s monthly purchase amount on accounts that are paid on time and are up to date.

·It is the customer’s responsibility to keep up with any outstanding donation vouchers.

·Donation may be used to purchase reference books or pay an outstanding balance on your account.

·No cash will be issued for a donation voucher, in whole or part. Any unused amount will be credited to the church account.

·Donation vouchers will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.

·This donation is not regarded as a discount on items sold. This is part of our non-profit corporation plan.

 *Purchases of songbooks, tracts, correspondence course material, videos, and sale or discounted items, or orders that receive free shipping are not eligible for the 5% donation.

Auto-ship Program

H & C Religious Supplies can provide your teachers with the materials they need prior to the start of every quarter. Just advise us that you are interested in the Standing Order Program and we will do the rest.

It's as simple as 1, 2, 3
1. Select which curriculum you would like to use.
2. Each July we will verify the amount of curriculum you will need.
3. Based on the information you provide us, we will automatically ship your Fall Quarter literature.

We will continue to ship your literature for the Winter, Spring and Summer quarters unless you advise us of a needed change. Orders will ship approximately 4 weeks prior to the start of the quarter.

The standing order program is not limited to curriculum. We can set up anything on an automatic shipment, such as communion cups or unleavened bread.

Referral Program

At H & C Religious Supplies we believe the most significant measurement of a customer's satisfaction is when they recommend our services to a friend, family member, or acquaintance. This is clearly the ultimatecustomer_ref.gif testimony of a customer's confidence and trust in us. Since our humble beginnings, we have received growth from our customer referrals. To show our appreciation, we would like to reward our customers for rewarding us. To this end, we have established a very attractive program that will reward you for your confidence in us and your willingness to refer us to others.

How It Works
For every customer you refer to us, you will receive a $50.00 credit on your monthly invoice. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Getting credit for a referral is simple. All you have to do is make sure that the referral customer provides us with your full name or H & C Religious Supplies account number at the time they signup for an account. They can do this online from our web page, when signing up over the phone, or when signing up in person. After your referral customer has spent $50.00 with us, your H & C Religious Supplies account will receive a corresponding credit.

Terms and Conditions

1.    The $50.00 dollar amount is the maximum credit that will be received for each qualified referral.

2.     To be eligible for referral credit, your full name, or H & C Religious Supplies account number must be mentioned as the referring customer at the time the referred customer opens their account.

3.    Unless otherwise specified, the referred customer must purchase a minimum of $50.00 of product and be current on all billing at time of referral credit eligibility.

4.    If a refund results in there being less than a total $50.00 charge from time of opening an account, the credit will be revoked until such time the account has attained a minimum of $50.00 worth of purchases, at which time you will received the credit.

5.    New or existing customers are not eligible for referral credits when referring themselves or other employees for additional personal or business accounts.

6.    Referral credits are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. There is no limit on the number of referral credits that can be accrued.

7.    H & C Religious Supplies reserves the right to cancel this promotion at our discretion after proper credit has been issued to referral accounts that we have received.

What about login?
Logging in is not required but it can help remember your information for future visits. By logging in you also have access to your Private Wish List. Tax Exempt Customers must log in to be recognized as having a tax exempt status. Tax may be added to your initial purchase but will be removed and refunded prior to shipping, after our confirmation of having your tax exempt number on file.
